Local instructor Katrina Polaski who is Californian bred and now Barnes based, has over 30 years of beach volleyball experience, complete with a Volleyball Association of Ireland coaching certification. This fun and social class will be a mix of of skills and fitness training which will work on improving hand eye coordination, spacial awareness, cardiovascular fitness and conditioning - all with minimal joint impact.

Created in conjunction with Booty Barre© a unique workout based around ballet, yoga and pilates designed to lengthen and strengthen you.
Led by Hannah Still - former dancer and highly experienced instructor from Riverside Health Club.
All key small muscle groups in your lower body and core will be worked. Plus the addition of mat work and and pilates balls adds a cardio element ensuring that this class offers a full body workout with absolutely no impact.

A group workout designed to work your TOTAL BODY ready for the Summer.
Exercises will be cardio based mixed with strength training.
